In the course of the investigation was carried out to check other insurance companies on Polish territory, whether the car BMW 730 did not take part in the recent period in road accidents. It was found that several insurance companies over the last year there was a report damage of a similar nature. In all these incidents the victim was the same car in the BMW 730, those same numbers in the body, but different registration numbers and belonging to different people. One company even reported the matter to the Prosecutor\'s Office. In addition, as a result of inquiries carried out, it was found that the perpetrator of the damage has in TU WORLD SAA SA for the same period two insurance, but through different insurance companies. Obtained in this way ensures that the car was damaged earlier and the application was aimed at obtaining undue compensation. Compensation was denied and the matter was referred to the Prosecutor\'s Office.
